There’s no expiry for Silver Bear status.
Gold Bear: Your tier status will be lowered to Silver Bear if you do not hit the accumulated spend over a 12-month period from.
Titanium Bear: Your tier status will be lowered to Silver Bear or Gold Bear if you do not hit the accumulated spend over a 12-month period.
For every $1 spent with us, you will earn Clover Coins depending on your tier status. Refer to “Membership Benefits” under the “My Coins” page.
Your Clover Coins will expire after a 12 month period- regardless of the tier you’re currently at. You may extend your coins expiry date by making another transaction with us. You can view your Clover Coin expiry date under "My Coin" page.
You can check your point history and balance in the “My Coins” page under “My Account” after logging into your account.
You will be able to redeem your coins for vouchers and exciting rewards at the “My Rewards” page.
Coins from separate accounts are not transferable and cannot be combined.
Local shipping is a $5 flat fee via courier that is trackable.You will receive an SMS from our courier company once your parcel has been picked up. Free local shipping for orders of SGD 120 and above.

Cut off Time: Tuesday 12pm. Any orders requested to be shipped out after Tuesday 12pm will be shipped out the following week.

International shipping depends on the country. Price starting from SGD 9 (7 to 10 working days)

Claims made will be final, no refund / exchange or returns for any items. Customers understand that the item colour might vary slightly due to differences in lighting, cameras and screens.

If an order is cancelled, no cash refund is offered. We only offer refunds in the form of a store credit with a validity period of 3 months.
Our courier will send you an SMS upon picking up your parcel. A link to track your parcel will be enclosed in the SMS. Please contact us if you have not received any SMS by Saturday.
Upon checking out on our website, you can select the “Open Box” option and remember to key in your IG username so we can combine the box for you on our end.
